Deep Tissue Massage

This is a very specific technique utilizing heavy pressure. Deep Tissue Therapists look for shortened muscles and/or distorted postural patterns. With slow deep strokes and trigger point therapy, the Therapist works to lengthen the muscle fibers and treat tender points, Deep Tissue Massage increases range of motion, restores balance and re-establishes structural and functional integrity to the greatest degree possible for the client.

Hot Stone Therapy

This is a form of bodywork that involves the use of heated stones applied to the body to bring about relief to stiff and sore muscles. Calms and quiets the body, mind and soul.

Clinical Massage

For pain. Detoxifies, improves structural relief and functional well-being. Addresses and resolves specific problems of pain or dysfunction. Recommended for those who are in the care of a chiropractor.
